OGI . Think you may be a bit harsh . Given his faults I don't think JH would have sold us down the gurgler. However that's all in the past . The new proposed board(s) look the goods . A great improvement on what we've got .
My take on things ( after a couple of merlots ) . The Board is becoming a bit nervous . They've advised MB that things are not going to plan , the shareholders are threatening to revolt , have proposed opposing boards , and there is a distinct possibility that the NO vote will get up . Suggest you up your offer .
MB , who may by now be losing interest because they are not getting their way and can see a possible defeat or through their usual arrogance , have said no . As this is not costing them any money they can , however , bide their time and wait until June and see how the votes fall because they know the full potential of this company .
We, the shareholders , have been stitched up bigtime . Don't just angry , get even (when the time comes ) .
