JH would not have sold us out T2, probably because by early 2015 there would have been nothing worth selling. His Oil only approach would have sent this company into the history books.
We can only speculate as to what Mac will do from here. You would assume they wouldn't want to be involved in the embarrassment of public defeat, although it would provide quantitative data for the next approach... something that might not be so easy with a different board.
