It's hard to believe they would sell the Rick Hart group as the WA base must be making a motsa currently with the mining boom and bla, blah.......but then if it's JB's, it could be a rich price indeed and worth selling considering Clive's current valuation....an offer clive's can't refuse..

Regarding Sydney, good to see things turning although off a low base......considering NSW is technically in a recession and CPR obviously losing money not just cause incompetence, I really fear for Bing Lee's which is NSW based....they must be doing it really tough.....Retravision is still a major player but they could not hack the NSW market...could be some ugly scenes in this sector and CPR could mop it all up if they stay debt free and sensible
