i dare say in this case the benefit for SLX lies in being able to obtain the plant at quite an oportune time, given there research interests.
From my understanding, the plant will be used to further advance and test/produce brand new technoliges currently being researched in the US.
exciting times. Also worth noting the scale of the opperations from BP's point of view.
is 6million alot to you or I? I would assume so, to them?? check there current market cap and therein lies your anwsers.
project became too insignificant i dare say, and with oil so low they will focus attention on aquisitions in the oil and gas space.
