I wonder if at some future point Silex licence this solar tech out, similar to what they did with the enrichment program to GE?

Just musing here, but I wonder whether there is some quid pro quo with this deal with BP, and whether any sort of deal has been done along the lines of first right of refusal if Silex does licence this tech out as well in the future?
Silex needed somewhere in Oz to prove up their technology and also prove the manufacturing side, it seems to me that the deal was pretty cheap,all thing being considered, and especially to a company that stands to be a very good competitor in it's own right down the track?
