The NSW govt seems to have formed the view that ERG cannot fulfill the contract conditions.
ERG says it can.
Todate ERG has been very slow to communicate anything,
but when they did communicate; they spoke the truth.
The recent efforts at reporting on the SMH were by two different reporters.
Linton Besser who did some very detailed research has NOT put his name to these reports. I am awaiting comment from him.
I notice the AGE says NSW 'MAY' terminate the contract.
That seems to me to be the fact.
The ball is now with ERG .
