TheCook, I don't have to sell it, I only invest when there are extra money made from my business & I'm totally not over streching myself. Caroline Springs may have had it increase a while back & I don't live in it, so I don't care. But I need to claim whatever I can, in my circumstances I'm paying too much tax.
Now, advice me what to do after I sell all my properties... buy a Ferarri & a Lambo??? that's not me.
