some would say Aussie has even more synergies to extract from Symbio compared to Superloop

the ball is now in superloop's court !!

superloop would find it difficult to match the cash component of the Aussie bid, but they could offer more script to Symbio shareholders

some would argue the Superloop script offers more upside compared to the Aussie script due to the valuation gap between the two stocks

Symbio shareholders and the board will have an interesting situation to consider if and when Superloop does improve its offer over the next few days and weeks

either way, Symbio shareholders are the big winners here !!
