I am getting a gut feeling that that potential CVI projects outside of Kwanza (longonjo,fortitude,niger delta diamonds etc) may not be factored into the SP until an anouncement on Kwanza leases are made.

Iresspective of the potential of any leases granted, what such an announcement may indicate is that MS can turn any potential project into the beginning of a real asset. & that once this is done, the SP may rise as the market factors in a higler likelyhood of CVI's other projects coming together.
