This guy is an ex Royal Bank of Scotland CEO (Banking and Markets in the Americas ) and buys 25 million shares in this placement. He is taking up his rights at 22c for a further 6.6 million shares (and is underwritting the rights issue) but is quoted to have around 70 million shares on completion of rights issue. Where is he getting the rest of the 37.4 million shares - surely not from underwriting?
