I am intrigued how Barrick could get PH given MM was denied it on the grounds of national security. I understand Barrick are a private Canadian company and MM are state owned, but wow, what a foreign relations mess that would be.
Mr Rudd would need all his Mandarin skills to explaib that to the Chinese.
