Great find......the board are furious! what an absolute bunch of turds.
They hate it because it means no jobs if it gets through....goodbye MinMets job for cyclops, and any other job in the mining community.
What an amazing display of arrogance to put yourselves first rather than harness the thoughts of the shareholding group. To decide upon org structure before things are formalised, and believe its done before going to vote.
This board and CEO are a sorry example for corporate governance.
The shareholders strike back indeed......institutional holders are always going to swing the way that will benefit them the most.
the next couple days are going to be very interesting - I'm only sad i cannot attend the AGM.
