    well if you truely think the share price is being held down, then perhaps you should buy some.

    I've readjusted my folio to get some more. I can hear their bot saying " right, I've sold you some cheap shares, now bugger off..."

    Technicals will also be hindering the share price, however most UMC posters see good fundamentals coming to play.
