The sum of the parts is supposed to be greater than the individuals alone but this has drifted ever lower since listing and is again testing the -20% low.
Most of the vendor shares are escrowed for 12 to 24 mths.
The company forecast they expected full year prospectus forecast to be achieved on 24/2 but this has done nothing to shore up the SP.
Any thoughts on what's going on? Pie Funds were substantial with 8% in the float so they are down almost 20%.
Am I being short sighted or is this testing tolerance levels?
