"Significant" ? Only time will tell. It's a product update. Convey has had may product updates over it's life. The money raised from the CR allows Convey to support a lot more DCB operators.
I would not be surprised to see that MBE announce further plans to support other DCB options in the future. Certainly, there are a lot out there.
