I'd like to my previous comment about Syniverse.
I was incorrect about the hardware. Convey does not need approval to be installed on Telco's hardware. The relationship with Syniverse is the integration of Convey's cloud interface with Syniverse DCB interface. That is, any customers of Telco's who use Syniverse DCB will be able to pay for convey products via this connection - it's like an App Store for cloud apps.
What I was correct about is that applications in Convey need to be approved by the individual telcos. So this does open up MBE to wider audience, but not instantly. So whilst MBE may report that it's applications are viewable by 150,000,000 users, that's only the case if the telcos approve MBEs applications to be seen by their customers - thus revenue from this relationship will not be seen until Telcos approve these apps and apparently, this is somewhat time consuming.
