I think it's even less than that. Syniverse is a product. Convey will be integrated with that product to provide it easier access to euro markets where Syniverse DCB/DOB is deployed.

Syniverse and MBE will not "Work together" until MBE has contracts in place to deploy Convey onto Telco's where Syniverse is installed.

The relationship is being over-hyped a little I think. One thing I've noticed, people look VERY hard to find nuggets of gold in MBE press releases. This is a perfect example. The only benefit this is to MBE is 'potentially' providing easier access to Euro telcos. That's all. It's a maybe at best.

If it was anymore significant, the Announcement would have been marked as 'Price Sensitive'.
