full width | single post I think investors fall into four broad categories...
* There are longs who are almost always positive; always pointing out the pluses and virtually never discuss anything negative... even when things aren't going great.
* There are longs who are bullish on the company, but openly discuss both positive and negative issues. I learn the most from these folks, even when their comments make me a bit uncomfortable.
* And, as any Unilife investor knows, there are shorts, who are consistently negative, even when things are at their best.
* Finally, there's the self-professed "longs" who virtually NEVER make a positive observation. They seem to focus on every negative issue they can find, imagine, or create... Even quasi-positive comments are laced with seeds of doubt and indignation. In many respects these folks "out do" the shorts in their level of sustained criticism. Being "long", you would think they would eventually mention something positive, but don't hold your breath. Makes you wonder.
