On your last point, so why would there be a need to rush or if not at all, for BUB, to obtain CFDA since their sales are cross border online anyway? It's almost like they are better off concentrate on building their brand and their presence in Australia and China first before wasting much of their time and capital jumping through all the CFDA hoops only to not be able to move their product because of poor brand awareness. Not down ramping but it seems to be the case with WHA.
