This is a "China story" stock. It's true there is a lot of hype around these but the actual growth is there for all to see.
As for the compliance plan. I'm not aware of any concrete plan other than the pledge to work with the regulators in order to be fully compliant. If you have watched for a while then you'll know the dates and even the details of the regulations themselves can be very "fluid".
Again, if you get face time with the management then shouldn't you just ask them directly?
