Hi Rodler,
I think its a bullish sign because it indicates A2M is vertically integrating its business and expanding its potential revenue generating base.
The actual purchase amount is a capital movement of funds and the purchase transaction itself will NOT impact earnings per share.
I.e. its a balance sheet transaction and does not go through Profit and Loss account.
To me this is much better than paying dividends or share buybacks.
