To your other point above, I reckon we will get an announcement one way or another about how A2M decides to vote on the resolution.
As a shareholder I would be disappointed if they vote to support without extracting any kind of concession from Synlait.
At a very minimum, it'd be more than a little insulting to have Synlait continue it's opposition to A2M terminating exclusive supply rights. There's not much point being an "influential" shareholder if the influence doesn't translate into any meaningful outcome.
But if A2M decides to oppose the vote, well that will be the trigger for many, many more announcements. People will forget all about the period of silence we've had to date.
