A2 have 20%, Bright can’t vote (39%) ….still 40% remaining, which means only just over half of those remaining shareholders need to vote yes for this to go through…now I might be overly simple here but any shareholder voting no is voting for liquidation and total loss pretty much, do you really think that no us going to be the choice those shareholders make? Regardless of A2 position this loan is going through in my opinion…
