A2 hold 33% of the required 51% to pass.
2 risks for Synlait.
1) A2 doesn't support the loan.
2) All other shareholders other than Bright have given up and can't be bothered to vote. The more that dont vote the greater is A2's share.
Also a vote for Yes is a vote for an equity raise that will dilute their shares to virtually worthless value anyway.
