Not approving the Loan will be risky as it potentially opens a bidding war for SM1 assets.
A2's competitors may have an interest in those Assets aor may choose to be disruptive - who knows.
MY initial inclination is for A2 to approve the Bright facility and then to underwrite the capital raise.
