I have confidence that A2M have a plan and I agree with this comment from @werdplaya58 in Post #:74649426 earlier today :
Not approving the loan will then set in motion the negotiations between A2M and Bright about takeover scenarios for Synalit. Either a bidding war or a JV.
I would also add receivers aren't going to close down everything at Synlait the day they take over the keys - that's not how it works and if the Dunsandel facility is as profitable / biggest revenue generator for Synlait as many believe they would keep at least this facility running in the interim so A2M's supply would not be affected in this instance.
