I've seen a lot of sweeping comments across various forum's suggesting A2M will do x, or Bright will do y. To this end, I agree with your point that a lot of speculation around intentions is rather meaningless. One cannot know just how strained the relationship between SM1 and A2M was, or continues to be, and how that may affect A2M's desire to end all conflict/issues associated with SML.
In saying that, I think A2M's lack of communication around voting intentions suggests they will vote no, as others have suggested above.
