I don't think it would automatically give A2 the license, because much of the approval process would have included validating how the running of the facility is overseen by Synlait's executive specifically, processes for handling quality incidents etc.
But I also imagine there might be some kind of process for amending or updating existing registrations to address a change of ownership and ensure that the new owner has acceptable protocols in place. If the product and facility remains the same, then hopefully it would just be a administrative matter.
