Elsewhere the issue of Synlait / Dunsandel holding the SAMR registration for China Label Infant formula.
Synlait today announced that in the absence of a loan then the may face closure or liquidation.
This would seem to be a material risk to A2, if there was going to be a disruption of the supply of China Label IF. But A2 have been silent - no market updates on that risk.
So perhaps they don't see a material risk at all and they have mitigating processes in play.
