Hi Wiji, Neu's pricing is by volume as each patient is dosed based on bodyweight. Dosing is very individual and some patients/caregivers have had to adjust based on tolerance (mainly because of GI issues) as they titrate up to their prescribed dose. The cost was increased this year originally priced at 375k to 500k but these are averages. Also note that even with NEUs drug being FDA approved in March 2023 they are only getting approval for Canada now with first sales next year. Europe still pending. Smaller markets are way down the list. Slow moving beast.
