What is interesting about the SNT-5505 trial is that it is being tested in combination with the current SOC. Apparently, the JAK inhibitor merely controls the symptoms of MF but offers no curative effect. The industry's eyes will be on the patients' blood counts, according to the company ann 13 Dec 2023:
