    All IP still all owned by Syntara,,

    eg Johnson and Johnson own the patent for 5% to 15% of Hydrogen peroxide for the use of Acne control ,
    anything below 5% does nothing over 15% causes reactions/burns

    J and J license that formula to over 1500 companies worldwide.. nearly every brand of Acne cream falls within that % use... but J and J own the Patent.

    Owning and controlling/licensing of your Patent is a cash cow...
