Hi all , lessons learnt from OPT,

    1. Don't cherry pick patients for your P2 when your next step in a heterogeneous group of cohort.

    2. Management signing contracts that if a P3 fails that the debtors recall all the equities in the Company including pens.

    3. Manage your $113 Million one has in the bank.

    4. Totally relying on a world class Scientific advisory Board.

    5. Tell your retail base what's going on .

    6. Does your decisions as a BoD pass the pub test.

    7. Be very aware when Company Scientific Officers sell into the market.

    8. Possibly a billion dollars over time raised for a one trick drug.

    9. When a Company is shorted by 6%, take acute notice.

There's probably a heap more. I don't or have ever held them.

Always think outside the box when investing, do a DD ( take your time) , this includes all classes of ASX . A friend of mine does a SWAT analysis. Strengths/Weaknesses/Opportunities/ Threats.
