It's a topical application, but their SNT 5505 (taken orally) is targeting scarring of bone marrow, so perhaps it also applies to scarring in veins. It's shown to reduce collagen which creates the scarring, as I understand it, so perhaps having SNT 5505 in your system may perhaps aid vein scarring too.
