I've been thinking about the Grigor connection in those companies for a while too.

What is a little concerning is our small market cap and huge potential. I mean for the reason that we may never realise full value if some clever person with a lot of money or a "PAK-like(Grigor)" company, for example, decides they want to take over . Our defensive corporate strategy is probably guided by Far East Capital (Grigor).

This is me being very skeptical but I hope it's not possible for him to do something like this. From what I can tell he seems a genuine ethical bloke, so no real reason to suspect this, but just trying to consider all options.
