The close yesterday above 1.8 is important for this stock to break the trading range it has been stuck in. Would like to see a break of 2 cents next which should trigger a strong upward move. A lot of positive announcements have gone unnoticed by the market in recent months. Volume in the last week suggests that we are seeing a change in momentum for this stock.
