Synthetic will grow but is horribly polluting with a large carbon footprint when countries are trying to cut back on carbon emissions - not to mention energy intensive. Those saying but but but we are using renewable energy, can use that energy elsewhere and lower their carbon emissions by not powering homes with coal.
