Don't get me wrong, I am fully aware of what Vanadium and Vidalia are capable of bringing to the party, potentially a few dollars a share between them.
They are years further into it now than they were then. We didn't understand, and certainly managements understanding of the graphite market was arguably as bad as ours. They treated it like an iron ore project and got given a lesson by those who control the market. Hopefully we have all learned from our mistakes, especially them! They have already got Vidalia product out for qualification this time around, which is one lesson learned, because that process alone appears to take a year+.
They will get it all off the ground, at this stage little doubt about that.
Last time we hit $6 there was 230m shares on issue, now there is closer to 500m. Demand is changing, to date pricing has been a little more stubborn.
Personally I think around here pricing is fair. Down @ $1 it was cheap. Doubt we will see that again. At $2, if it gets there any time soon I will be doing a bit of a think because for me, the chances of the s/p revisiting $6, be needing graphite prices double from where they are now. Could they get there over time, sure. Over time.
