Folks in the forum think that the deal should have no conditions for the SP to rise like it did the past week or so….which is strange. When you are dealing with what most consider as one of the most innovative companies, run by a person considered super smart, I would expect tons of acceptance criteria and conditions which may look draconian in nature, but Tesla didn’t become a darling of the market by giving away contracts with loosely worded acceptance conditions I presume. Only time will tell how this pans out, but I expect SYR to get to its all time highs of $3+ if they announce any more off take agreements
