No it's just observations on what many with operations in the US have done or are doing in the EV space - ABR - NVX - LYC have deferred for now but still expected. Or even joint venture as I can't recall - the lithium producer in Pilbara that was rocketing joining another multi national to form a mega company.
There are multiple opportunities in this mass growth industry at play not just with tier 1 customer agreements - but NASDAQ listing - partnerships/joint ventures - takeovers - a lot will transpire in this industry over next few years. They could gain a nasdaq listing and money will flow to scale rapidly post the initial 10kt. A fully integrated company like SYR in a mass growth industry looks very appealing to all comers.
