Agree and the disparity in valuations will resolve soon enough.
Not sure on the BBB connection with delay - that was a long way off for mine in clarity of what could/would have been available through US govt. To go with a FID on an unknown possible finance commitment from govt - would have to many holes in it and been received poorly. Just my view.
I would envisage more favorably a financial commitment from TESLA - first the chicken then the egg type. Ann binding agreement then follow up with finance commitment - or maybe that will be announced in FID of financial support from another party. Sure is a huge couple of weeks and a whole lot going on with all key stakeholders.
See SP bouncing back very quickly by next week in anticipation of Ann on FID - management have placed a certain amount of pressure on themselves to deliver here after delay - they will produce the goods.
