Proga .... if I remember rightly at a previous AGM there was a huge kickback from investors such as you and me to remove the MD performance benefits. Unfortunately there needs to be a certain amount of votes to do this an there just isn't enough of us to sway the count. We can try again but it will noted that a significant amount of shareholders are dissatified ... that all you may expect. I believe the best we can hope for is Aussie Super take the lead ... they need to explain to their shareholders why they have lost nearly 70% of their investment in 4 months.
