They also have the current ones, not the first of the new issue, to convert in the next 12 months or so at 96.5 cents.
But seriously why would they consider a
takeover offer, they will soon have close to 30% of the company, are earning 11% on the notes long term (recent issue) and if syr don't get there act together will by stealth end up owning the company themselves.
The only reason I can see they would consider an offer is they don't see a long term profitable company.
