Yes, The shorters have been trying hard to suppress the SP, which was a smart strategy before Chinese announcing graphite export control.
Last time when China placed export control on rare earth, Lynas benefited and has transformed into a multi billion company. With a world class asset and the backing of AU super & US DOE, and mass adoption of EV/power storage, SYR could emulate the Lynas success story.
Therefore I don't believe its a good idea to short SYR anymore
