For the guys who have been here for a while I think what we're seeing now in China is the formation of a backstop to how much further the battery sector can drop. They know there is no point pulling out the big bazooka until momentum is on their side but the actions of recent weeks give us some idea of what's in stall when the time is right.
Longer term we will just have to hold and wait. It will come.
