What was interesting to me was the apparent warning shot fired at undeveloped flake producers that SYR (via Balama) has the ability to turn on the tap (my words) with only 3-months restart and ramp-up required. Shaun commented that because of SYR's capacity to impact the supply and demand situation that they would keep their cards close to the their chest as to when they intend to restart production.
