Unfortunately your post shows not only a complete misunderstanding of the company, but also the time involved in producing something that has to be produced and then go to customers who then check said product for, you guessed it, what can be years. Spherical graphite does not happen overnight. This point has been covered on numerous occasions.
The one partially correct piece of your comment is that management have shown poor execution, not because of how long it has taken them, but because of their lack of understanding of what was going to happen when they flooded the market, i.e, trying to hit targets when the market wasn't ready for it.
Hopefully they don't make that mistake again.
The capability on both fronts is there. To rush now would be another mistake.
This is still a slow burn in my opinion.
