The 300 works off a 6 month investible volume weighted market cap. SYR is probably big enough now, but was nowhere near for September and October, and most of November, so will have to wait.
The index office doesn't look at revenue. Its an investible market cap formula, you get big enough, you're in, get too small, you're out.
Stay here for another 3 months, in, and there will be some ETF buying. The higher the market cap by then, the better, bigger weighting.
