Hi. Could it be the Dec 1 new Chinese policy that was rushed through comes into effect enabling blacklisting of supply of certain materials - products - knowledge etc to certain countries on grounds of national security used as one example.
I say this on no other news you've referred to and that China control most graphite and reo's which are also havinga stellar run as Dec 1 arrives. LYC and SYR are benefiting a great deal - could be just coincidence and all the positive news on expected demand.
