Absolutely not, that's one of the many reasons I love this stock..... June 2019 SYR issued 68 million shares in a rights issue at 81 cents, that's almost 1.5 years ago and SYR has traded massive volume since then, 2 billion shares have traded in SYR since then, those holders have long been washed out. Remember through out that year and a half SYR also dropped out of every index that maters 200 & 300, it is massively under owned...
